We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. The time of dispatch depends on when you placed your order. Please see our shipping schedule for further details.
You can also track your order using the 'Track and Manage my orders' section included in our online chat.
If you are not going to be at home to receive the delivery, please use delivery options via the tracking to select a safe place, preferred neighbour or parcel shop to ensure your parcel is safely received. Most plants and bulbs can remain fresh for up to a week in their packaging if stored in cool conditions. Ideally, however, bare root or potted plants should be removed from the parcel within 1-2 days of delivery and positioned in a cool, bright space with a little water.
If you have a planned holiday around the time that your order is likely to be shipped, please notify customer care when the order is placed so that we can plan for your order to not be shipped during that time.
